Islamic Fact, Chapter 29 - Volume 3

Jesus of the Qur’an or Jesus of the Bible?

You compare and decide who the true Jesus is!

Jesus of the Qur’an: Jesus is a prophet protected from satan (Qur’an 3:36) but he was human like anyone else (Qur’an 5:75).
Jesus of the Bible: Jesus asks God to forgive him his sins (Luke 11:4). Baptism washes away sins (Acts 22:16) and Jesus was baptized (Luke 3:21), therefore Jesus must have sinned!

Luke 11:4 is part of a larger prayer. It is found in the middle of the Sermon on the Mount and at the beginning (Luke 11:2) he states that this prayer is a model for his followers to use when they pray to God. Not to mention that he doesn't say "forgive MY sins", but "forgive OUR sins".

As for the baptism, that's like saying "Dying your hair gets rid of gray hair. My 20 year old sister dyes her hair, so she must have had gray hair."
